Holiday Rental Self Check-In: The Key Box Won't Open

Hi, sorry to call so late. I'm your guest tonight.

Salve, mi scusi se chiamo così tardi. Sono il suo ospite di stasera.

Oh, hello! Have you found the flat all right?

Oh, salve! Ha trovato l'appartamento senza problemi?

I think so, but the key box won't open.

Oh dear. Are you using the code I sent you?

Oh cielo.

Yes, four seven two nine. I've tried it three times!

Sì, 4729. Ho già provato tre volte!

Okay, don't worry. Did you push the button down first?

Push the button? Hang on, let me try again.

Premere il pulsante? Aspetti, riprovo.

No... nothing. It's still completely stuck.

No... niente. È ancora completamente bloccata.

Hmm, that's strange. It worked fine for the last guests.

Mmm, che strano. Con gli ultimi ospiti funzionava benissimo.

It's nearly midnight, and I'm getting a bit worried.

È quasi mezzanotte, e comincio a preoccuparmi un po'.

I understand. Can you describe the door for me?

Capisco. Mi può descrivere la porta?

It's a big blue door, number fourteen.

È un grande portone blu, numero 14.

Blue? Wait, our door is green!

Blu? Aspetti, la nostra porta è verde!

And we're number forty-one, not fourteen.

E noi siamo al numero 41, non 14.

Forty-one? Oh no, I've been at the wrong building!

Il 41? Oh no, ero davanti al palazzo sbagliato!

Ha, don't worry, it happens all the time.

Ah, non si preoccupi, succede di continuo.

Okay, I can see a green door across the road.

That's the one! Try the code again there.

È quella! Riprovi il codice lì.

Four, seven, two, nine... and it's open!

4, 7, 2, 9... e si è aperta!

Oh, thank goodness. I've got the key!

Oh, meno male. Ho la chiave!

Wonderful! The flat is on the third floor.

Splendido! L'appartamento è al terzo piano.

I'm afraid there's no lift, so take your time.

Ha, that's fine. I'll survive the stairs.

Ah, nessun problema. Sopravvivrò alle scale.

The Wi-Fi password is on the fridge.

La password del Wi-Fi è sul frigorifero.

Thanks so much for staying up so late.

Not at all. Sleep well, and enjoy Lisbon!

Si figuri. Dorma bene, e si goda Lisbona!

I will. Sorry again about the wrong door!

Lo farò. Mi scusi ancora per la porta sbagliata!

Ha, now you'll never forget it. Goodnight!

Ah, adesso non se lo dimenticherà più. Buonanotte!
