Part Three. You will hear two business students talking to their tutor about a case study.
First, you have some time to look at questions twenty-one to twenty-five.
Now listen carefully and answer questions twenty-one to twenty-five.
So, which company did you choose for your case study?
A local café chain called Bean There. Their story's fascinating!
They ran an Instagram campaign using photos taken by their customers.
And sales went up by twenty-five percent in just three months.
Twenty-five percent? That's impressive!
It proves how powerful social media can be.
Well... I'm not so sure it was only the campaign.
They launched a new breakfast menu at exactly the same time.
Good point. So how can you tell which one made the difference?
Before you hear the rest of the conversation, you have some time to look at questions twenty-six to thirty.
Now listen and answer questions twenty-six to thirty.
Ugh, we can't, really. That's a bit frustrating.
That's fine. Just discuss it as a limitation of your study.
And where's your data coming from?
We interviewed the manager and surveyed eighty customers.
Most of them said they came for the cakes, not the photos!
Ha! That's definitely worth mentioning.
You could also compare it with a branch that didn't run the campaign.
Oh, that's a great idea! There's one near the station.
Remember, the presentation is ten minutes, and it's on Friday the 14th.
We'll be ready. Thanks so much for your help!
That is the end of Part Three.
