Hi, you must be Lena. Come in, this is the flat.

Oh, wow, it's much brighter than in the photos!

It is. The big windows face south.

And how much is the rent again?

It's £850 a month.

Hmm, that's a bit over my budget. Are bills included?

Only water, I'm afraid. Electricity and internet are extra.

Okay. And when is it available?

From the 1st of September.
