Oh, a white coffee would be wonderful, thanks.

Hi, Jack. Mr Howard from Greenline is in reception.

What? Already? Our meeting isn't until eleven!

I know. He came early. He's having a coffee now.

Oh no. I'm still in the budget meeting, and Room Two is booked.

Don't worry. The small room on the third floor is free.

You're a lifesaver, Sophie! I'll be down in ten minutes.

Mr Howard! I'm so sorry to keep you waiting.

Not at all. I'm the one who turned up early.
