Viewing a Flat to Rent

So this is the living room. It gets plenty of light.

Jadi ini ruang tamunya. Cahayanya masuk banyak.

It's lovely. Are the bills included in the rent?

Bagus sekali. Apakah tagihannya sudah termasuk dalam harga sewa?

Water is included, but you pay for electricity and the internet.

Air sudah termasuk, tetapi Anda membayar listrik dan internet sendiri.

How long is the contract?

Berapa lama kontraknya?

It's for twelve months, with a deposit of one month's rent.

Selama dua belas bulan, dengan uang jaminan sebesar sewa satu bulan.

Am I allowed to have pets here?

Apakah saya boleh memelihara hewan di sini?

Small pets are fine, as long as you ask the owner first.

Hewan peliharaan kecil boleh, asalkan Anda meminta izin kepada pemiliknya dulu.

Great. I'd like some time to think about it.

Bagus. Saya ingin waktu untuk memikirkannya.
